If you send us a message, comment, photo, or other content (“User Content”), you grant OurFoodFix a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that User Content in connection with the Site. You confirm that you own or have permission to share the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
